Yes absolutely, all of our pens come with a 12-month return to base warranty. If you have any problems with your pen, please fill out our returns form and send it back to the address provided.
Orders over $50 are shipped via standard shipping (7-14 business days) absolutely free, while orders under $50 come with a $9.99 shipping and handling fee.
Express shipping is also available for $14.99 and is shipped every day!
